Order Processing

We get your order ready to ride the waves in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

Choose the shipping method that works best for your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    Your gear will arrive in 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    Your order will arrive in 15-25 business days via EMS after dispatch.

Note for International Surfers: We ship globally (except some remote areas and parts of Asia). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Not completely stoked with your gear? No worries! We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging with proof of purchase
  • Products in resalable condition

What Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Swimwear with broken hygiene seals
  • Headwear showing signs of wear
  • Footwear that’s been worn outdoors
  • Personalized or custom items

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer crew at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product details (name, size/color)
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Get Approval

We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack It Up

Securely package your item with all original tags and include your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Pro Tip: For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds hit your original payment method in 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs aren’t refundable (except for wrong/defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new gear once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement – no wipeouts here!
